Estela Dizon
Community Manager
Estela started her career in property management with HHHunt in 2011 as a Leasing Consultant and was awarded Leasing Consultant of the Year in 2012. She was promoted to Assistant Community Manager in 2014 and in 2023 was named Community Manager at Abberly Crest. Estela has a strong sense of dedication to her craft and making a difference in people’s lives by providing exceptional customer service. Her dedication has won her accolades including Collaborative Team Spirit in 2019 and Assistant Community Manager of the Year in 2020.
Kay Height
Assistant Community Manager
A resident of St. Mary’s County since 2001, Kay joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Crest as a Leasing Consultant in September 2021 and was promoted to Assistant Community Manager in April 2023. Prior to joining us, Kay worked in customer service since 2000. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three children and one granddaughter, and watching her son’s basketball games.
Alexia Jenkins
Accounts Administrator
Alexia was born in Mobile, AL and graduated from Great Mills High School in Maryland in 2013. She joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Crest in November 2023. Alexia has a background in customer service and inspires to one day own and run her own business. She is a proud mother of three and hopes to travel the world making memories with her children.
Jade Smorey
Leasing Consultant
Jade joined the HHHunt team in May 2023 after working in customer service since 2018. She holds her cosmetologist license and eyelash extension certification, which she enjoys doing in her free time. Jade also enjoys spending time with her little girl and family, and is excited to see where her HHHunt career takes her!
Larry Lark
Leasing Consutlant
Larry, a Maryland native and father of three, is a universally certified HVAC technician with over three years of hands-on experience. In addition to his technical career, he has played flag football and basketball for the past 8 years. He also enjoys DJing in his spare time, which provides a creative outlet. Larry aims to further develop his skills, expand his knowledge and advance within the company.
Laketa Spicer
Leasing Consutlant
Laketa was born and raised in St. Mary's County and brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, and creating positive experiences for those around her. A proud mother of three and a longtime cheer coach, she is passionate about supporting others, staying active in her community, and giving back whenever she can. Outside of work and family time, Laketa enjoys podcasting and sharing meaningful conversations and experiences through her podcast. She is excited to bring her energy, enthusiasm, and people-first approach to HHHunt. As she begins this new chapter, she looks forward to learning, growing with the company, and building lasting connections along the way.
Nick Ransom
Service Manager
Nick was a Service Manager for more than 10 years before joining the HHHunt team at Abberly Crest as a Service Technician in August 2018. He is a licensed electrical contractor and has experience in plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair. He was born in Washington D.C. but moved to Prince George County, Maryland when he was young. He played high school football, as well as some college and semi-pro football. He is a proud husband and father of three beautiful children. In his spare time, Nick enjoys making and playing music, which he has done for over 20 years. He also plays several different instruments!
Skylar Sanders
Assistant Service Manager
Skylar, a Brooklyn, NY native, is a maintenance professional with over nine years of hands-on experience in building operations, including four years in a leadership role as a Maintenance Supervisor. He has a strong background in overseeing preventative maintenance programs, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring facility safety and operational efficiency. Skylar holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Pool Operator (CPO), EPA Certification, Building Maintenance Engineer Certification, and Stationary Engineer Certification. He is recognized for his problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Michael Minor
Service Technician
Born in Washington, D.C., Michael moved to Maryland when he was a teenager. Most recently, Michael worked for the State of Maryland at the University of Maryland College Park before joining the HHHunt team at Abberly Crest in September 2018.
Dominique Valentine
Service Technician
Dominique and her two children moved to the area from Prince George’s County, and she joined the energetic and spirited community at Abberly Crest in October 2023.She is passionate about being an asset to the team, especially when it comes to being customer focused and a provider of quality products and services. Prior to joining HHHunt, Dominique worked in HR and retail since 2013. She is a hairstylist in her spare time and loves spending time with her children, family, and travelling. Dominique’s goal is to build her professional skill set to become a Service Technician and eventually, a Service Manager.
Robert Staff
Service Technician
A U.S. Army veteran, Robert has worked as a Maintenance Service Technician since 1981, bringing extensive experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general home maintenance. Originally from Washington, D.C., he also served as a volunteer firefighter in St. Mary’s County for six years. Robert has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 38 years and is the proud father of three children, grandfather of ten, and great-grandfather of one. He enjoys spending time with his dog, Snuggles, and a part-time cat named Todd.
