He was, and always is, professional, polite, and very helpful. He did such a wonderful job replacing the drywall that you can not even tell that there were big black holes in the wall. We are grateful to him for doing such an excellent job & are finally relieved to have it repaired."

"I've been living at Abberly for 3 years and it is hands down the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of staying in. I move around a lot but I've found myself so in love with my apartment that I decided to stay for the duration of my time in St. Marys. Here at Abberly if you have any problem the staff handles it quickly and efficiently while also making you feel like you as an individual matters. That's important in a living community. Personally it helped me trust in the staff and be at ease. I haven't had a negative experience here. Any issue I had be it maintenance or locking myself out has always been handled in a swift and professional manner. I love my apartment. I always wanted to live in my own single apartment and I haven't been disappointed. The balcony is the true MVP. During a nice day i'll sit stand on my balcony and watch the sunset. When I first arrived it was more of a perk but now I find myself spending my evenings outside reading and writing. My apartment feels like home."

"I just want to say Pete the service manager was amazing. I had a wasp infestation in my screened in porch and no one could figure out why. Multiple attempts to spray it would not fix the problem. He came out and went above and beyond. He took the screen down, sprayed foam to cover any way for them to get in. Sprayed all over and killed all the ones inside. He even stopped by a few days later to make sure they haven’t come back and they didn’t. So grateful he did this as I am terrified of wasps and have small dogs who like to sit on the porch. So Pete thank you for everything you did, very much appreciated!!!"

Even though his day ends at 5pm he followed through on his promise. When he returned he changed the bottle in the back of the refrigerator. He also replaced the water valve. He's a great employee to have on your staff. Thank you Derrick!"

I am very careful to categorize any maintenance request as routine (within the next few days) or emergency, meaning a resource loss, for example water leak. The walk-through inspection just before move-in was not rushed as I gave the apartment a good look-over. Soon after moving in, Estela contacted me for any follow-up inquiries I might have.
