GRAB ACL RSSIt is Halloween weekend, and many people are looking forward to gathering candy and scaring the neighbors on Halloween night. But on Tuesday, we will all be left wondering, what do we do with all this extra candy?
We suggest sending it to our soldiers overseas. Being located to a military base, Abberly Crest apartments in Lexington Park, MD has a very high regard for our nations soldiers. So while you are sending them candy, which they can enjoy and share with the locals, consider loading some other essentials into the box.
Do you need some ideas of what to send? Magazines, Clorox wipes, individual envelopes of powdered Gatorade, gum, hand sanitizer, Kleenex. These are the things we take for granted, but that our soldiers will cherish.
