Hello Abberly Crest! I hope you had Thanksgiving filled with all the tasty foods you like to eat. This is the time of year we get comfortable and put more on our plates. Do not make that mistake. Enjoy the foods you like, but in moderation. Instead of getting 3 slices of apple pie just get one. I cannot give egg nog up for the holiday season and I am almost opposed to anything lowfat, but my Dad tricked me last night and poured me a glass of low-fat Egg Nog. It was tasty!
