Even though I only lived here for about 2 weeks in the new Apex. I must say that I'm loving my space. This place is very dog friendly, my dog loves the screen in balcony. The Leasing staff keeps you updated on changes with the Apex since they are still working on the buildings. I'm very happy that I choose to place to live in Southern Maryland.
I am very pleased that the detector battery was so promptly replaced (slightly more than an hour after I reported it!) well done. Please note the emergency line mail box was full so I had to wait several hours to bring the matter to someone's attention. All in all though,ma very happy outcome.
The service request was completed in less than two hours. I would like to thank Natasha for the quick response to my service request and to David for completing the request. Thanks again
It is the staff that makes the Abberly Crest community special. When my apt is in need any sort of need, someone is there within 24 hours to take care of it. Business is always taken care of with a smile and a kind word. Most recently, Jason, was in to clear my slow draining tub and sink.
Everyone at Abberly Crest is very friendly and helpful. Estela gave us a wonderful tour and was very attentive and helpful making our transition to living at Abberly Crest smooth. Allen from the maintenance staff was here first thing Monday morning to fix the kitchen dish disposal.
